66:7
In complete Quran, It is the only verse revealed by Allah, addressing directly to Kaafir.
يَـٰٓأَيُّهَا ٱلَّذِينَ كَفَرُوا۟ لَا تَعْتَذِرُوا۟ ٱلْيَوْمَ ۖ إِنَّمَا تُجْزَوْنَ مَا كُنتُمْ تَعْمَلُونَ
Allah is saying to us in Quran as O people, O believer, O People of the book, O prophet etc.
We can simply notice that if any matter that is for disbeliever so Allah is saying to believer or Muslims to address them. but, in this aayah , Allah is addressing them directly.
One thing to notice again that this verse in not for this world but for HereAfter(Aakhirah), the world that is ought to come.
Translation in English goes like this-
“O disbelievers! Make no excuses this Day! You are only rewarded for what you used to do.”
Now we can discuss deeply on this:
“O disbelievers! - This means that in the hereAfter(Aakhirah), disblievers will come to there Creator which he used to deny in this world(Duniya).
Any person in this world who has received the message that God is the One and he has no images, will be responsible for there sins.
What God will going to say: Two things:
1) Do not make excuses today for the disbelief and sins you used to commit, because your excuses will not be accepted.
The question arises that what type of excuses they will say to there Creator. that I was believing in you also or I was living as saintly life or I have made great contribution to humanity or now I can see you and I believe in you and I was in wrong path.
2) Today, you will be requited only for the disbelief in Allah and rejection of His Messengers you used to do in the world.
They will go to eternal helfire, yes its an eternal.
Okay, So I think Allah's presence is everywhere, So his presence will be in Helfire too. he will see that he has created his creation and he has given human being free will and cognitive mind and he has given his revelation and after all this human being has not listened to his call and chosen his own way of illusion. So be it.
